Almost nothing, and that's on purpose.

This page says exactly what we measure, why, and how to opt out. You won't find a banner to click: we chose tools that don't need one.

The principle

No advertising, no resale

We set no advertising cookie. We do not sell, rent or exchange any data. We use neither Google Analytics, nor a social-network pixel, nor any profiling tool. Our statistics stay on our own server.

The detail

What we measure

Matomoinstalled on our own server

What it does: Counts visits, page views, referrers and country. It's how we know whether a QR code shown at a fair gets scanned, and from where.
What it keeps: Your truncated IP address (the last two groups of digits are erased: it cannot identify you), the page viewed, the date. One audience-measurement cookie. Raw data kept for 180 days.

Our forms

What it does: Collect what you write to us: a quote request, a tasting impression, the code under the jar.
What it keeps: What you enter, and nothing else. Only to reply to you or improve our honeys.

Why there's no cookie banner. France's data authority, the CNIL, exempts from consent any audience measurement strictly limited to the site's own use, with no cross-referencing and no transfer to third parties. We configured Matomo to stay within that exemption: truncated IP address, no user identifier, no third-party cookie, limited retention, data never shared. A banner that serves no purpose isn't protection: it's noise.

Access, correction, erasure

You can ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, or to object to its processing. Write to us via the contact form: we reply.

Our statistics are hosted with the site, at our host, and pass through no third-party service. The data from our forms serves only to reply to you.

If you visit us with "Do Not Track" on, or use a blocker, we don't try to get around it.
