Nasser, an agronomist, and Pons, an AI engineer and beekeeper, found each other around the same fascination with bees. From that shared passion came a simple conviction: a honey must not merely respect its terroir, it must reveal it. Each pot then becomes the witness of a link between the land, the bees and the people.
